Starting April 1st, 2025
A flat monthly fee for all ages “19 months up to 5 years old” full time spots $326.25 per month

Registration fees: $150.00 per child non-refundable |
- Fees include 3 meals: Morning snack, Lunch, and Afternoon snack.
- We do not provide diapers and wipes due to allergies and sensitivities.
- Pre-school program curriculum is provided for Toddlers age, 5 days a week, included in the monthly rate.
- Monthly fees are required on the first of each month. We accept payments via e-transfers for all payments.
- 45 days notice is required for withdrawal. Written notice must be provided before the first of the month prior to leaving. For example, if you are leaving on February 7th, notice must be given before January 1st otherwise your February fees will still be due.
- Monthly fees do not change based on days attended or closures.
- Tuition is due on the 1st of every month; a $25 late fee is applied after 48 hours, if a payment is not received by the 7th of the current month, the spot will be lost.

- Part time fees include 2 meals: Breakfast and Lunch.
- Children from 3 years and up should be toilet trained and diapers free.
- We do not provide diapers and wipes due to allergies and sensitivities.

- One full calendar month notice is required for withdrawal. Written notice must be provided before the first of the month prior to leaving. For example, if you are leaving on February 10th, notice must be given before January 1st otherwise your February fees will still be due.

How to register
- Complete Enrolment Form online or download the PDF form after completed and signed, you can email it back to us (Link is on the registration page).
- Pay your registration fees and first month fees.
- You will be sent an invoice for both registration fees and first month enrolment fees. Registration fees is non-refundable (fee is per child).
- Upon receipt of the registration fee your child’s start date will be confirmed.
- You will receive a copy of AlphaBeeZ parents handbook, to be completed, signed and sent back via email.
