Qualifications

All staff should have honesty, punctuality, flexibility and dedication. All teachers should also have high expectations for all students, excellent verbal and written communication skill and ability to manage classroom well.
Lead Teacher

a bachelor’s degree, Alberta Child Care Staff Certificate - Level 3 Supervisor, First Aid Certificate with CPR, more than 2 Years of Experience in Teaching and Taking Care of Young Children.

Early Childhood Educator

a bachelor’s degree, Alberta Child Care Staff Certificate - Level 3 Supervisor/Level 2 Worker (or equivalent), First Aid Certificate with CPR, more than 2 Years of Experience in Teaching and Taking Care of Young Children.

Assistant Teachers

Alberta Child Care Staff Certificate - Level 1 Assistant, First Aid Certificate with CPR, Experience an Asset
